Dogliani, a wine with a long glorious tradition, is made from the grapes of the south-western hillside of Langhe.
Intense ruby red, with violet fringes and some violet hues. It has an intensive and persistent bouquet, reminding of violets and primroses, reminding of spring, the season of its maturity. Smooth, ample taste, moderately acid, good body, very harmonious and well-balanced. Dolcetto di Dogliani can be served with any courses; actually, thanks to its harmony, it goes particularly well with hors d’oeuvres, Langhe style in particular. It expresses all its versatility with first courses and is excellent with main courses, even with very exacting ones.
To be served at a temperature of 18-20°C.
